Founded and created by Chef Karen McAthy, Blue Heron Creamery is an artisan line of plant-based, vegan cheeses. Carefully cultured, aged, and crafted, Blue Heron focuses on carefully sourced ingredients, traditional processes, and redefining how contemporary food culture has come to define cheese and cheese products. Blue Heron is based in Vancouver, BC, and currently is available via a subscription program; retail options will be announced in Fall 2016.
